Step 1: Create a New Zap
Log in to your Zapier account and click:
Create Zap
Step 2: Select Email Parser by Zapier
Search for:
Email Parser by Zapier
Select it as the Trigger App.
Step 3: Choose the Trigger Event
Under Trigger Event, select:
New Email
Then click Continue.
Step 4: Connect Email Parser
Under Account:
Select Email Parser by Zapier
Click Continue
Step 5: Create a Parser Mailbox
Click:
More
Then open the Email Parser link
Log in using your Zapier account and click:
Create Mailbox
Zapier will generate a unique email address.
Example:
example123@robot.zapiermail.com
Step 6: Forward Sample Lead Emails
Send a sample lead email to the parser mailbox.
Example Subject:
New Lead
The email should contain lead information like:
Seller Name
Phone Number
Email
Property Address
City
State
ZIP Code
Step 7: Parse the Email Data
Inside Email Parser:
Highlight the data you want
Assign field names to each value
Common Fields to Parse

Step 8: Save the Parsing Template
Once all fields are mapped:
Scroll down
Click Save Address and Template
Step 9: Return to Zapier
Back in Zapier:
Select the mailbox you created
Click Continue
Click Test Trigger
Zapier should now pull all parsed lead information.
Step 10: Add REsimpli as the Action App
Search for:
REsimpli
Select it as the Action App.
Step 11: Select the Action Event
Choose:
Create Lead
Then click Continue.
Step 12: Connect Your REsimpli Account
Connect your REsimpli account using your API Token.
To Get Your API Token:
Open REsimpli
Click your profile icon
Go to API Token
Generate Token
Copy and paste it into Zapier
Step 13: Map Email Parser Fields to REsimpli
Map the parsed email fields into REsimpli lead fields.

Assign the market for the incoming lead.
Hot Lead Tag
Optionally mark incoming leads as:
Hot Lead
Notes / Comments
Map any notes parsed from the email.
Campaign Phone Number
Attach a campaign number to the lead.
Step 15: Test the Action
Click:
Continue
Test Action
Verify that the lead appears inside REsimpli.
Step 16: Publish the Zap
Once the test succeeds:
Publish the Zap
Turn it ON
