The way to see the number that a caller is calling when receiving an incoming call is by setting up the caller ID on the ‘Call Flow’ page. To do this:
Navigate to your profile, and click ‘Manage Numbers’.
2. Click the ‘Call Flows’ tab.
3. Select the call flow where you want to see the number and click the ‘Pencil’ icon.
4. Set the ‘Caller ID’:
a. If the toggle is ‘on’ - the ‘Caller ID’ displays the callers’ number.
b. If the toggle is ‘off’ - the ‘Caller ID’ will display the REsimpli’s phone number used for the campaign running.
5. Hit ‘Save Call Flow’ to save changes.
