Create a call flow that routes incoming calls to the acquisitions agent and forwards them to the answering service if there is no answer by adding Call Forwarding. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your ‘Profile’ in the top right corner, and select ‘Manage Numbers.’ The ‘Manage Numbers’ window will open.

  1. Click on the ‘Call Flows’ tab.

  2. Select the ‘Call flow’ to add a call forwarding type.

  3. Click the ‘Pencil’ icon; the ‘Setup Call Flow’ window will open.

  1. Scroll to the ‘Add Forward Type’ section and the call forwarding type you want to set up.
