How to Navigate the Inbox in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the Inbox
After logging in, click the Inbox icon on the left-side panel.
Step 2: View Lead Communications
The inbox displays all communication activity for your leads, including:
SMS
Emails
Calls
Voicemails
Step 3: Filter Inbox Messages
Use the available filters to organize messages by:
Buyers
Sellers
Vendors
Communication type (SMS, calls, emails, etc.)
Step 4: Reply to Messages
Open a conversation and reply directly from the inbox using the message field at the bottom.
Step 5: Open the Lead Record
Click the property address to open the full lead profile and continue communication from the lead page.
Step 6: Contact Support if Needed
Reach out to REsimpli support if you need help using inbox features.
