Step 1:
Go to the lower-left corner and click the Settings icon.
Step 2:
Under Automation, select Drip Campaigns.
Step 3:
Choose the drip type you want to manage:
Leads
Buyers
Vendors
Sold Properties
Step 4:
To create a new drip, click Add Drip Campaign.
Step 5:
Enter a campaign name.
Use clear and specific names so the drip is easy to identify later.

Step 6:
Choose which module the drip applies to.
Example:
Leads
Step 7:
Create your first drip step by setting:
Delay duration
Action type
Example:
5 minutes after drip activation
Step 8:
Select an action for the step. Available actions include:
SMS
Direct Mail
Task
RVM (Ringless Voicemail)
Email
Webhook
Add Tags
Status Change
Activate Another Drip Campaign
Step 9:
If sending an SMS, you can:
Use an existing SMS template
ORWrite a custom message
Example:
Hi [First Name], this is Laryn. Haven’t heard from you. Please give me a call.
Step 10:
(Optional) Enable:
Skip weekends and public holidays
This delays messages until the next business day.
Step 11:
Click Add Additional Step to continue building the workflow.
Example:
2 days after the first SMS
Then choose another action such as:
Send another text
Create a follow-up task
Send direct mail
Drop an RVM
Send email
Change lead status
Step 12:
Continue adding steps based on your workflow.
Example automations:
Move lead to Dead Lead after no response
Add “Unresponsive” tag
Activate another drip campaign automatically
Step 13:
Save the drip campaign.
Step 14:
Once saved, the drip will appear in your drip campaign list where you can:
Edit
Duplicate
Delete
Activate manually
Use in automations
