To guide users on how to update an appointment date and modify appointment details.
Accessing the Appointment
Option 1: Through Calendar
Navigate to the Calendar.
Select the appointment you want to update.
Note: Google Calendar must be linked to the account for calendar syncing.
Option 2: Through the Lead Dashboard
Open the lead record.
Navigate to the Appointments section.
Editing the Appointment
Locate the appointment.
Click the Pencil Icon to edit the appointment details.
Updating Appointment Details
Users can modify the following:
Appointment Title
Description
Appointment Type
Appointment Date
Assigned User
Start Time
End Time
Appointment Type Examples
Seller Appointment
Buyer Showing
Contractor Walkthrough
Saving Changes
Review the updated appointment details.
Save the changes.
The appointment will automatically update in the system.
Notes
Appointment updates may sync with connected calendars.
Users can reassign appointments to different team members if needed.
