Is ringless voicemail still supported?
No. Ringless voicemail is discontinued in 6.0 because results were consistently poor. AI calling is the replacement — already available in leads, and being extended to List Stacking, buyers, and other sections. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Will I still get the daily productivity summary email?
No. The daily productivity summary email is not available in 6.0, because multiple customisable pipelines and statuses made the existing template unworkable. A more universal productivity summary is planned for a future update. (Day 1 and Day 3 Webinars)
Is there a white-label version of REsimpli?

Does REsimpli have time tracking or clock in/out?

Can REsimpli send 1099s?
No. The workaround is to pull a vendor report showing vendor name and amount, and use a third-party service to issue them. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Can I print, share, or export a dashboard?
No. Dashboards cannot be printed, shared, or exported, because each one draws on several different data sources rather than a single table. Use the Open API if you need the underlying data. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Can an owner or admin log into another user's account?
No. Two-factor authentication prevents it. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Can I change the type of an existing custom field?
No. Field types cannot be converted, because the existing data would not match. You would need to delete the field and create a new one, which removes the stored answers. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Is there still a 20-picture limit on a lead?
No. That limit no longer applies. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Can I see a property photo directly on the lead?
Not embedded on the page, to keep load times down. You can open street view, or the property's Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com page. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Can I expand the notes or description field when typing?
No. The field cannot be expanded. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Do tasks sync to my Google Calendar?
Not currently. Tasks appear in the REsimpli calendar only. Google Calendar sync for tasks is planned for a future update. (Day 1 Webinar, Sept 8)
Does the lead page refresh automatically when a seller replies?
No. You receive a notification, and clicking it opens the lead with the updated data. The page does not auto-refresh, because of the volume of third-party data loaded on each lead. (Day 1 Webinar, Sept 8)
Can I see who else is viewing a lead?
Yes. A green indicator shows which users are currently in the account and in that lead. (Day 1 Webinar, Sept 8)
Do inbound emails attach to the lead automatically?
Not yet. Emails from leads still have to be linked to the property manually. Deeper Gmail and Outlook integration is in progress, intended to work the way incoming texts already do. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
