From the New REsimpli Live Unveiling sessions, September 8–11, 2026.
When does REsimpli 6.0 go live, and will the system be down?
6.0 goes live Saturday, September 12. The system is down entirely from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM EST that morning. During those 10 hours the platform is unavailable — you cannot make or receive calls or texts. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
What happens to calls and texts that come in while the system is down?
They are not captured automatically in REsimpli. However, support can request your incoming call and text logs from Twilio for that period — contact support if you need them. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9; Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Will my data carry over to 6.0?
Yes. Leads, tasks, notes, task logs, appointments, phone numbers, and templates all transfer to the new platform. (Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 Webinars)
Will my phone numbers change type during the migration?
No. Every number keeps the type it has today. A lead number stays a lead number, a buyer number stays a buyer number, and a general-purpose number becomes an all-purpose number with fuller functionality. Nothing needs remapping. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Will my call flows and call forwarding migrate?
Yes. Call flows migrate to the new system, including forwarding to landlines and cell phones. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Will my SHAKEN/STIR registration carry over?
Yes, including numbers submitted for registration recently. You do not need to resubmit. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Will my custom fields carry over?
Yes — and in 6.0 every custom field becomes filterable. (Day 1 and Day 4 Webinars)
Will my SMS templates carry over?
Yes. In 6.0 they can also be organised by contact type and into folders. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Will manually created tasks migrate?
Yes. Tasks and appointments carry over, including ones you added by hand. (Day 3 and Day 4 Webinars)
Will my drip campaigns keep running after the upgrade?
No. Your drip campaigns transfer across into Automations, but they arrive switched off and stop running. Nothing is lost, but you have to re-enrol leads under Automations yourself once you are ready. (Day 2 and Day 3 Webinars)
When I restart a drip campaign as an automation, does it resume where the lead left off?
No. Leads restart the automation from the beginning — picking up mid-sequence is not possible, and the task cards reset too. (Day 1 and Day 4 Webinars)
How do I stop all my drip campaigns before the migration?
Go into Drip Campaigns and use the stop button on each campaign. This stops the drip on every lead in it. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
How do I find which leads were on which drip campaign before the upgrade?
In your lead filters there is a filter called Legacy Drip Campaign (pre-6.0). Select it to see every lead that was on a drip, and filter by the specific campaign they were on. You can then select those leads and add them to the equivalent new Automation. (Day 2 and Day 3 Webinars)
Do I need to reconnect my integrations and webhooks after the upgrade?
Yes. Because 6.0 is a new platform, integrations and incoming webhooks — including those from pay-per-lead providers — need to be set up again. Zapier in particular must be reconnected using the new REsimpli 6.0 Zapier app. (Day 1 and Day 4 Webinars)
Should I pause my marketing campaigns before the upgrade?
Yes. Sharad recommends pausing marketing from Friday and not starting anything new until Saturday, since drip campaigns stop on migration. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Do I need to download a new mobile app?
Yes. 6.0 uses a completely new app, not an update to the existing one. Uninstall the current app and install the new one. The old app shuts off on Saturday morning at around 9–10 AM EST. (Day 2 and Day 3 Webinars)
The new version is not loading correctly after launch. What should I do?
Clear your browser cache and log in again. 6.0 is an entirely new system, and cached data from the old version can cause loading problems. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
What should I do first after 6.0 goes live?
Start with Settings — how your account, users, and phone numbers are set up. You do not have to change anything if you are happy with your current pipelines and stages; they carry over as they are. The main required action is re-enrolling leads that were on drip campaigns into Automations. Avoid trying to reconfigure everything in one day. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
What is the contingency plan if the migration goes wrong?
The migration has been rehearsed four times against the live database, each run taking around nine to nine and a half hours, with QA checks on real accounts afterwards. The fallback is a rollback to the current version. Any problem will be communicated by email. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
Will support be available over the launch weekend?
Yes. Chat, email, and live Zoom support are available on Saturday and Sunday. (Day 2 and Day 3 Webinars)
Is there any help available after launch week starts?
Yes. Ten open office-hours sessions are scheduled for the week after launch — two per day, with no set agenda. You will be notified by email on the Sunday and Monday, plus a pop-up inside your account. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
