KPI Dashboards Overview - Individual Dashboard

Step 1: Open the Individual Dashboard

Navigate to:

Data β†’ Individual Dashboard

Step 2: Select a Team Member

Choose the team member whose performance data you want to review.

Step 3: Review Performance Metrics

The Individual Dashboard tracks both marketing and sales performance metrics, including:

  • Leads Assigned

  • Qualified Leads

  • Appointments Set

  • Appointments Met

  • Offers Made

  • Contracts

  • Purchases

Step 4: Review Communication Metrics

The dashboard also tracks communication activity such as:

  • Outgoing Calls

  • Outgoing SMS

  • Connected Calls

  • Outgoing Call Duration

  • Incoming Call Duration

Step 5: Compare Individual vs Company Performance

Each metric displays:

  • Individual Performance (Left Number)

  • Company Performance (Right Number)

Step 6: Understand Color Indicators

Performance percentages are color-coded.

Indicators:

  • Green = Exceeding Goal or Above 100%

  • Red = Below Goal

Step 7: Review Revenue Metrics

The dashboard also displays:

  • Revenue

  • Sales Completed

  • Average Revenue Per Deal

  • Pipeline Revenue

  • Pipeline Deals

  • Average Pipeline Revenue Per Deal

Step 8: Change the Time Period

Use the dashboard filters to view data by:

  • Year

  • Quarter

  • Month

  • Custom Time Period

Step 9: Customize Dashboard Columns

You can choose which metrics to display or hide.

Example:

  • Hide Revenue Metrics

  • Show Only KPI Data

  • Show Communication Metrics

Step 10: Save Custom Dashboard Views

Save customized dashboard filters and layouts for future use.

Step 11: Refresh Real-Time Data

The dashboard updates in real time.

Changing the selected user or time period automatically refreshes the displayed metrics.
