KPI Dashboards Overview - Campaign Comparison Dashboard

Step 1: Open the Campaign Comparison Dashboard

Navigate to:

Data β†’ Campaign Names

Step 2: Review Company-Wide Data

The top row displays overall company performance metrics.

Step 3: Review Campaign Performance

The dashboard breaks down performance data by each campaign in your business.

Example Campaigns:

  • Absentee Campaign

  • Lead Solo

  • Direct Mail Campaigns

  • Cold Calling Campaigns

Step 4: Review Performance Metrics

The dashboard tracks:

  • Marketing Metrics

  • Sales Metrics

  • Activity Metrics

  • Revenue Metrics

Step 5: Identify Top Performing Campaigns

Green numbers indicate the leading campaign for a specific metric.

Example:

  • Most Leads Generated

  • Most Connected Calls

  • Most Outgoing SMS

  • Highest Revenue

Step 6: Compare Campaign Lead Volume

Review how many leads were generated by each campaign.

Example:

  • Total Company Leads

  • Leads Generated per Campaign

Step 7: Filter by Time Period

Change the dashboard view to display data for:

  • This Month

  • Last Month

  • This Year

  • Last Year

  • Custom Date Range

Step 8: Customize Dashboard Metrics

Choose which data fields to display or hide.

Example:

  • Hide Revenue Metrics

  • Show Activity Metrics Only

  • Show Marketing KPIs Only

Step 9: Save Dashboard Views

Save customized dashboard configurations for future use.

Step 10: Refresh Dashboard Data

Changing the selected time period automatically refreshes all campaign metrics and KPI data.
