How to Use KPIs by Tags in REsimpli

Written by Anthony Estrada

Overview

KPIs by Tags shows your results broken down by the tags on your leads — how much revenue each tag has produced, and how its leads progressed along the way.

If you tag leads by source, list, or campaign type, this is where that tagging turns into reporting.

Steps

Step 1: Open KPIs by Tags

Open the KPIs by Tags view.

By default it shows data for the present year.

Step 2: Read the figures per tag

For each tag applied to your leads, you will see:

  • Revenue generated

  • How many leads carry that tag

  • How many of those leads are qualified

  • How many appointments were set

  • How many offers were made

This lets you compare tags against each other rather than looking at your leads as one pool.

Step 3: Filter by time period

Change the period if you want to look at something other than the current year.

Step 4: Filter by tag

You can also narrow the view to a specific tag, rather than seeing them all at once.

Important Notes

  • This report is only as good as your tagging. Leads without tags will not appear against any tag, so consistent tagging is what makes this useful.

  • It shows the full journey, not just revenue — leads, qualified leads, appointments, and offers — so you can see where a tag's leads drop off, not only what they earned.

  • Tagging by source or list turns this into source attribution, showing which lists actually produce revenue.

  • The view defaults to the present year, so change the period before comparing.

Troubleshooting

A tag is missing from the report

  • No leads currently carry it, or none within the period you are viewing.

Your revenue figures look low against a tag

  • Check the time period first, then whether leads are being tagged consistently at the point they are created or imported.

You want to look at one tag only

  • Use the tag filter rather than reading the whole list.

Your numbers do not match another dashboard

  • Check the period on both. This view opens on the present year.

Summary

You reviewed your KPIs by tag. You saw revenue generated, lead counts, qualified leads, appointments, and offers broken down by the tags on your leads, then filtered by time period and by individual tag to compare performance.
