Overview
Drive schedules show you the routes your drivers are working, how far through they are, and what they found at each property.
You would use this to track progress across your team and to review what came back from a drive without having to ask.
Steps
Step 1: Open your drive schedules
Go to List Stacking.
Click Drive Schedules.
Step 2: Review your routes
The list shows you, for each route:
The route name
Completion — how far through it is
The assigned user or driver
When the route or task is due
Step 3: Open a route
Hover your mouse over the route you want.
Click the icon that appears.
Step 4: Review the properties
Inside a route you will see every address on it, along with:
Visit status
Action taken
Visited date
Step 5: Check the photos
If your driver took photos of a property while out in the field, they can add them from the mobile app.
Any images they added appear here alongside that property.
Important Notes
Drive schedules live inside List Stacking, not in a separate section.
The completion figure lets you see progress at a glance, without contacting the driver.
Photos are added by the driver from the mobile app. If a property has none, none were taken.
Visit status, action taken, and visited date come from what the driver recorded in the field.
Troubleshooting
You cannot find drive schedules
Go to List Stacking first, then click Drive Schedules.
A route shows no properties
Open the route by hovering over it and clicking the icon. The addresses are inside the route, not on the summary list.
A property has no photos
Photos are optional and are added by the driver from the mobile app during the visit.
A route is not progressing
Check the assigned driver and the due date on the summary list, then follow up with that person.
Summary
You reviewed your drive schedules. You opened List Stacking and clicked Drive Schedules to see your routes, their completion, who they are assigned to, and when they are due. You then opened a route to see each property with its visit status, action taken, visited date, and any photos the driver added from the mobile app.
