Overview
Driving for Dollars lets someone drive around, spot properties, and add them to your account from their phone. Each person who does this uses a driver seat.
Every REsimpli subscription comes with one free driver seat. If you want more people driving for you, you can move up to a larger plan.
Steps
Part 1: Activate Driving for Dollars
Step 1: Open your plan
Click your photo in the top-right corner of your screen.
Click Driving for Dollars Plan.
Step 2: Check your current plan
You will see which plan you are on. Every account starts with the Single Driver plan, which is free and included with your subscription.
If one driver is all you need, you are ready to go. Move on to Part 2.
Step 3: Choose a bigger plan (optional)
If you want more than one driver, you can pay for more seats. You can pay monthly or yearly, and yearly costs less overall.

Part 2: Assign a Driver Seat to Someone
Step 4: Open your users
Click Settings in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
Click Manage Users and Roles.
Step 5: Edit the user
Click the person you want to make a driver.
Click the pen icon to edit them.
Step 6: Turn on the driver seat
Find the User Type section. Next to their current user type you will see the driver option.
Turn it on. A Driver Access panel will appear.
Step 7: Turn on driver access
Click Driver Access and turn it on.
Step 8: Choose what the driver can do
You can give your driver three extra abilities. Turn on only the ones you want:
Skip trace records — look up contact details for the properties they find.
Send direct mail — send mailers.
View other drivers' properties — see what your other drivers have added.
In the video, only skip trace is turned on. The other two are left off.
Step 9: Save
Click Save and Exit.
That person can now use Driving for Dollars.
Important Notes
Your subscription already includes one free driver seat. You do not need to buy anything to use Driving for Dollars with a single driver.
Paying yearly costs less than paying monthly for the same number of drivers.
The three driver abilities are optional and separate. A driver can be given all of them, some of them, or none.
Turning on View other drivers' properties lets that person see what your other drivers have found. Leave it off if you want to keep their lists separate.
Your changes are not applied until you click Save and Exit.
Troubleshooting
You cannot add another driver
You may have used your free seat already. Open Driving for Dollars Plan from your profile photo and move to a plan with more seats.
The Driver Access panel is not showing
It only appears after you turn on the driver option in the User Type section. Turn that on first.
Your driver cannot skip trace properties
That ability may be switched off. Edit the user, open Driver Access, and turn on skip trace records.
Your driver can see other people's properties
Turn off View other drivers' properties in their driver access settings.
Your changes did not stick
You may not have saved. Click Save and Exit after making your changes.
Summary
You activated Driving for Dollars and set up a driver. You checked your plan from your profile photo, and moved to a larger plan if you needed more seats. You then opened Manage Users and Roles, edited the person you wanted, turned on their driver seat and driver access, chose which abilities to give them, and clicked Save and Exit.
