Overview
Cash Buyer Search helps you find buyers for a property you are trying to sell. With one click, it shows you cash buyers and landlords near that property, along with their contact details.
You can call, text, or email them straight from REsimpli, so you do not have to look their details up anywhere else.
Steps
Step 1: Check your credits
Cash Buyer Search uses credits. Check that you have enough before you start.
Go to the credits and billing page. Look for the dollar sign in the upper-right corner of your screen and click it.
Scroll down the page.
Find the number of Cash Buyer Search credits you have left.
Step 2: Open the Active Leads pipeline
Go to your Active Leads pipeline.
Cash Buyer Search works one property at a time, using the property addresses in this pipeline.
Step 3: Open the property
Click the property you want to find buyers for.
Step 4: Open the Cash Buyer tab
Click the Cash Buyer tab.
Step 5: Find your buyers
Click the option to find investors for this deal.
REsimpli will show you the cash buyers near that property.
Step 6: Look through your results
For each buyer you will see:
Their phone number, if one is available
The property address
Their mailing address
The number of deals they have done
Hover your mouse over a buyer to see how many times that buyer or agent appears in your current list.
Slide your screen to the right to see more details, including:
Their email address
Their purchase type
Their purchase information
Step 7: Contact a buyer
You can reach out without leaving the lead's profile:
Click the call icon to phone them.
Click the message icon to text them.
Send them an email.
Step 8: Push buyers to your Buyers Pipeline (optional)
Select the buyer you want to move.
Push them to the Buyers Pipeline.
They will then be saved with your other buyers.
Step 9: Use the other actions (optional)
You can also:
Start dialing your list of buyers.
Skip trace any record that has no contact information. Skip tracing looks up the missing details for you.
Important Notes
Cash Buyer Search uses credits. Check your balance before you begin.
The search runs one property at a time, from the Active Leads pipeline.
Not every buyer will have a phone number listed. Skip trace those records to find their details.
Slide your screen sideways to see the extra columns. Some useful details, including email addresses, are off to the right.
Hovering over a buyer tells you how often they appear in your current list.
Troubleshooting
You cannot run a search
You may be out of Cash Buyer Search credits. Click the dollar sign in the upper-right corner, scroll down, and check your balance.
A buyer has no phone number or email
Skip trace that record. Skip tracing finds the contact details that are missing.
You cannot see a buyer's email address
Slide your screen to the right. Emails and purchase details are in the columns further along.
You cannot find the Cash Buyer tab
Make sure you have opened a property inside the Active Leads pipeline. The tab appears on the property itself.
