Customizations
Where is the Customizations page and what is on it?
Settings, then Customizations. It holds eight settings: Custom Fields, Call Outcome, Task Type, Dead Lead Reason, General Preferences, Tags, Task Settings, and Default Folders. ▶ Customizations Overview — 0:14
Which records can have custom fields?
Leads, properties under inventory, sold and rental, buyers, agents, vendors, and list stacking prospects. ▶ Customizations Overview — 0:23
Do custom field changes affect records I already have?
Yes. Adding, editing, or deleting a custom field updates all your existing records, not just new ones. ▶ Customizations Overview — 0:50
What is a call outcome?
The result you log after a call, sometimes called a call disposition. They apply to leads, buyers, vendors, agents, list stacking, and cash buyers. ▶ Customizations Overview — 2:49
How do I add a call outcome?
Under Call Outcome, add a name such as Callback, Interested, or Closed, and give it a colour. You can also update or delete existing ones. ▶ Customizations Overview — 3:25
Can I preset the task types my team picks from?
Yes, under Task Type. You can still add one while creating a task, but presetting them keeps everyone consistent. ▶ Customizations Overview — 4:12
Can I preset my dead lead reasons?
Yes, under Dead Lead Reason. You are prompted for a reason when moving a property to dead leads, and can still add one manually at that point. ▶ Customizations Overview — 4:49
My custom fields list is cluttered with unanswered questions.
Turn on hide custom fields without answers in General Preferences. ▶ Customizations Overview — 5:44
The same phone number is on several properties. Where does the communication get logged?
You decide, in General Preferences. Communication can log against the first lead created with that number, the last, or all of them. ▶ Customizations Overview — 6:59
Communication from a repeat caller is showing on the wrong property.
Check that setting in General Preferences. It controls which lead receives incoming communication when a number appears on more than one property. ▶ Customizations Overview — 6:37
