How to Add Buyers to the Triple Line Dialer in REsimpli

Written by Anthony Estrada

Overview

You can build a dialing session from your buyer contacts — useful when you are working dispo and need to get a property in front of your cash buyers quickly.

Before the session starts you set the dialing mode, the script, the number you call from, an optional voicemail drop, and which contacts to exclude.

Steps

Step 1: Open your buyers

Go to Contacts on the left panel and click Buyers.

Step 2: Select who you want to call

Select the buyers for this session.

Filter first if you want a specific group — buyers in a particular market or price range — rather than working through the whole list.

Step 3: Open the Actions dropdown

Once you have selected buyers, the Actions dropdown appears. Click it.

Step 4: Click Add to Triple Line Dialer

Click Add to Triple Line Dialer.

Step 5: Choose your dialing mode

You have two options:

  • Connect First — the agent connects instantly

  • Answering Machine Detection First — the system checks for an answering machine before connecting the agent

Step 6: Choose your script

Select the script for the session. This is required — you cannot start a session without one.

Step 7: Set the abandoned call threshold

Set how many seconds before a call is treated as abandoned.

Step 8: Choose the number you are calling from

Select the number the session dials from.

Step 9: Set up a voicemail drop

Turn on automated VM drop if you want one. You can:

  • Select an existing audio recording

  • Upload a new one

  • Record a new one here

Step 10: Set your exclusions

Exclude contacts you do not want dialled — by phone type, phone status, and last call outcome.

Step 11: Accept and continue

Tick I accept the terms and conditions, then click Continue.

Important Notes

  • The dialing mode changes what your reports mean. With Connect First, your agent picks up answering machines themselves. With Answering Machine Detection First, the system screens them. This affects your connect figures as well as your callers' time.

  • The abandoned call threshold is a real setting, and it matters. Triple line dialing drops calls whenever more than one person answers. This threshold decides how long the system waits before treating one as abandoned — and abandoned calls contribute to numbers being flagged as spam.

  • Excluding by last call outcome stops you re-dialling people you have already dealt with. This is what keeps a buyer list from being called repeatedly for no reason.

  • A voicemail drop leaves a message without your caller waiting through the beep. On a buyer list, where you are often pushing one property to many people, this saves a lot of time.

  • Filter before you select. A dispo call to buyers who do not work that market or price range wastes everyone's time and trains your buyers to ignore you.

  • Check which number you are calling from. Buyers who recognise your number answer; buyers who do not, mostly do not.

Troubleshooting

The Actions dropdown is not showing

  • Select buyers first. The dropdown appears once you have a selection.

Your callers are picking up a lot of answering machines

  • Switch the dialing mode to Answering Machine Detection First so the system screens them instead.

Your abandon rate is high

  • Check the abandoned call threshold, and consider whether triple line is right for this list. Dialling fewer lines produces fewer abandoned calls.

You are calling the same buyers repeatedly

  • Use the exclusions to filter out recent last call outcomes before starting a session.

Your voicemail drop is not going out

  • Check that automated VM drop is turned on and that a recording is selected.

You cannot start the session

  • Check you have chosen a script, set the abandoned call seconds, and selected a calling number — all three are required. Then tick I accept the terms and conditions before clicking Continue.

Your connect numbers look inflated

  • Connects include answering machines. If you dialled in Connect First mode, expect a bigger gap between connects and real conversations.

Summary

You built a triple line dialing session from your buyers. You opened Contacts → Buyers, selected the buyers you wanted, and used the Actions dropdown to Add to Triple Line Dialer. You then set the dialing mode — Connect First or Answering Machine Detection First — chose your script, set the abandoned call threshold and the number to call from, optionally set up an automated voicemail drop, applied your exclusions, accepted the terms and conditions, and clicked Continue.
