How to Use the Dialer KPI Dashboard in REsimpli

Written by Anthony Estrada

Overview

The Dialer KPI Dashboard shows how your dialing is performing, broken down session by session.

The activity log records when the dialer was used and the key figures for each session, and you can narrow the whole view to one contact type.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Dialer KPI Dashboard

Go to the Dialer KPI Dashboard.

Step 2: Check the period

The dashboard defaults to the last 7 days.

Check this before reading anything. You can filter to a specific time period or set your own dates.

Step 3: Read the activity log

The activity log shows the date the dialer was used, and the KPIs for each session:

  • Attempts

  • Cycles

  • Connects

  • Talk time

  • Answer rate

Step 4: Filter by contact type

View the data for one group at a time:

  • Sellers

  • Leads

  • Buyers

  • Agents

  • Vendors

  • List Stacking

Important Notes

  • Session-level detail is what this dashboard adds. Totals hide bad sessions inside good weeks. The activity log is where you see that one afternoon went badly.

  • Filtering by contact type makes the numbers comparable. Calling cold sellers and calling your buyer list produce very different answer rates, and averaging them together tells you nothing.

  • The default is seven days. A monthly review needs the filter changed first.

  • Talk time is the figure hardest to game. Attempts can be inflated by multi-line dialing and connects by voicemail, but time spent talking is time spent talking.

  • Answer rate is the number to watch for deliverability trouble. A falling answer rate across sessions usually means a number reputation problem rather than a people problem.

  • Compare like with like: the same contact type, the same dialer, and a period long enough to mean something.

Troubleshooting

The numbers look lower than expected

  • Check the period. The dashboard opens on the last seven days.

Your answer rate is dropping across sessions

  • Check the Spam Check on the numbers being dialled. A falling answer rate is the usual first sign of a flagged number.

Two callers look very different

  • Check whether they were calling the same contact type and using the same dialer. Both change the figures substantially.

A good week contains a bad day

  • That is what the activity log is for. Look at individual sessions rather than the totals.

You want figures for one group only

  • Filter by contact type — sellers, leads, buyers, agents, vendors, or List Stacking.

Attempts look high but talk time is low

  • The dialer is reaching numbers but not conversations. Check the answer rate and the numbers' spam status before treating it as a caller problem.

Summary

You used the Dialer KPI Dashboard. You checked the period — it defaults to the last 7 days — and read the activity log, which shows the date of each dialer session along with its attempts, cycles, connects, talk time, and answer rate. You then filtered the view to a single contact type: sellers, leads, buyers, agents, vendors, or List Stacking.
