Overview
How do you call every number on a property record, route incoming leads to the right acquisition manager, and keep your prospecting pipeline organized automatically?
During the October 30 REsimpli Office Hours, Sharad Mehta previewed major Triple-
Line Dialer updates and demonstrated campaign-based lead assignment, call-outcome automations, partner lead imports, and bulk CRM migration.
He also clarified buyer and agent contact management, List Builder's property filters, and how REsimpli currently handles SMS opt-outs.

00:06:07 — What's Changing in REsimpli's Triple-Line Dialer?
Sharad previewed a redesigned dialer expected in November 2026.
Planned improvements included choosing one, two, or three dialing lines; selecting an outbound number; and moving between additional phone numbers, contacts, and leads.
The new calling interface would also provide quick access to Google Maps, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, notes, tasks, appointments, status changes, and automations.
Sharad also previewed the return of a dedicated List Stacking dialer and improved property-to-transaction search.
Status: These updates were demonstrations of upcoming functionality, not a confirmed public release.
00:10:01 — How Does Mobile Caller ID Work?
REsimpli's mobile caller ID prioritizes available lead information.
The display order Sharad described was:
Contact name and property address, when both exist.
Available name or address.
Associated campaign name.
Phone number when other identifying information is unavailable.
Users should also check the incoming caller ID configuration under Call Flow. Sharad noted that some settings may apply differently to web and mobile calling.
00:12:28 — Should Buyers and Real Estate Agents Be Managed Separately?
A contact can be associated with both Buyers and Agents in REsimpli.
Sharad generally prefers managing their outreach separately when the person serves both roles.
For example, someone might receive wholesale deal alerts as a cash buyer but receive different messages about listings or potential seller opportunities as an agent.
The appropriate setup depends on how you plan to communicate with that contact.
00:18:16 — Can You Mark a Phone Number as Having a Full Voicemail?
An attendee requested a Voicemail Full phone status in addition to the existing voicemail-related options.
Sharad agreed to pass the request to the development team for a future update.
This was a feature request, not functionality demonstrated as already available.
00:20:01 — How Do You Automatically Update List Stacking Statuses After Calls?
New List Stacking records initially appear as Not Yet Worked. Making a call doesn't necessarily change that status automatically.
To automate it:
Open Automations and create an activity-triggered automation.
Select Outgoing Call Outcome.
Choose the outcome that should trigger it.
Add an action to change the property's status.
Save and activate the automation.
For example, selecting a DNC outcome can trigger an automation that moves the record into the appropriate DNC status.
Sharad demonstrated how call outcomes can control the next step without requiring callers to update every record manually.
00:28:22 — How Do You Automatically Assign Leads by Marketing Source?
Create a separate campaign for each meaningful lead source, then configure its assignment automation.
For example, leads from one pay-per-lead provider can go directly to a specific acquisition manager, while leads from another provider can be distributed across the team.
Navigate to the new-lead automation settings, select the campaign, choose the pipeline and stage, and configure assignment.
Available distribution options included round robin, weighted round robin, first to claim, manual assignment, and all selected team members.
This also improves marketing attribution by keeping different providers and campaigns separate.
00:36:38 — Does REsimpli List Builder Include Probate Data?
REsimpli List Builder includes an Inherited property filter but didn't offer a dedicated probate filter during this session.
Sharad explained that inherited-property data indicates a recorded inheritance flag, which may reflect a recent or older transfer.
He recommended obtaining probate records directly from county sources when accuracy and timeliness matter, since aggregated data can become outdated.
00:40:14 — What's the Best Way to Import Leads from JV Partners?
For warm leads supplied by a JV partner, Sharad recommended creating a separate marketing campaign and using one of three intake methods:
A customized REsimpli web form.
A Zapier integration.
An Open API integration.
He demonstrated a partner-specific web form that automatically created a lead with its associated campaign.
Separating partner leads from cold prospecting records makes it easier to track performance and place incoming leads into the correct pipeline.
00:43:00 — How Do You Import Cold Property Lists?
Import raw prospecting lists into List Stacking, rather than treating every property as an already-qualified active lead.
Use whatever information your source provides, including property addresses and owner names.
You can then perform individual or bulk skip tracing to find additional contact information.
If imported active leads land in the wrong stage, you can select them in bulk and change their status.
00:46:00 — Can Automations Assign Tasks to the Lead's Owner?
Yes. REsimpli's task automations can assign tasks by team role, such as Acquisition Manager.
When only one acquisition manager is assigned to a particular lead, the task goes to that assigned person—not every acquisition manager in the business.
This allows teams to create follow-up tasks without hard-coding an individual employee into each automation.
00:49:01 — What Happens When a Seller Texts STOP?
As of the October 30 session, an SMS opt-out stopped further text delivery but didn't automatically remove the lead from every automation or prevent calls.
Sharad previewed an upcoming setting to stop additional automation activity after an opt-out.
To identify affected leads, use Manage Filters → A2P 10DLC Opt-Out → Yes.
Regardless of the current automation behavior, an opt-out should be reviewed and respected across relevant outreach channels. Sharad also warned that continued unwanted contact can damage carrier trust and deliverability.
00:52:20 — How Do You Migrate Leads from Podio or Another CRM?
For large imports, Sharad recommended organizing records by a field that identifies their source, category, or intended owner.
A practical workflow is:
Create any necessary custom fields before importing.
Map the corresponding CSV columns during the import.
Filter the imported leads by source, tag, campaign, or custom field.
Select the matching records in bulk.
Use Assign Team Members to assign the appropriate owner.
For example, one source could be assigned to acquisition manager A and another to manager B.
REsimpli support can also help clean and format CRM export files before importing.
Points to Remember
Dialer updates were coming: More flexible dialing modes, multiple contact numbers, and a redesigned calling interface.
Automate repetitive work: Call outcomes can update List Stacking statuses, and assigned roles determine task ownership.
Separate lead sources: Use dedicated campaigns to improve assignment, attribution, and reporting.
Import the right records into the right place: Cold lists belong in List Stacking; qualified partner leads can enter Active Leads through forms or integrations.
Keep records organized and compliant: Use custom fields for migrations, verify property data, and review opt-outs before further outreach.
