6.0 Office Hours - Nov 2

Written by Tazoar Ahsan

Overview

REsimpli's AI agents are now included in all new Solo, Team, and Business plans, with no separate AI agent subscription fee. But how does usage-based pricing work, and what else is changing in REsimpli 6.0?

During the November 2 Office Hours, Sharad Mehta announced the AI pricing update, demonstrated how to find motivated seller prospects using List Builder, and walked through importing, skip tracing, and contacting leads through List Stacking.

He also addressed a reported bulk SMS issue, explained how to check phone numbers for spam flags, and previewed upcoming improvements to the dialer, campaign routing, and Autonomous AI.

Office Hours Details

00:02:00 — Are REsimpli AI Agents Included in Every Plan?

Yes. As of November 2, REsimpli's AI agents are included in all new Solo, Team, and Business plans without a separate subscription fee. Users pay only when they use the services.

Sharad confirmed the following usage rates during the session:

AI service

Usage cost

AI voice calls

$0.50 per minute

AI-generated SMS

$0.03 per message

Comp AI

$2 per comp

These rates apply to the plans discussed during the webinar and may change.

This means investors can activate the available AI agents without paying an additional monthly subscription, making it easier to experiment with AI calling, seller follow-ups, and deal analysis.

00:03:34 — Why Is My Bulk SMS Sending to Every Contact?

A reported issue caused some bulk SMS campaigns to select all contacts instead of the intended filtered list.

The problem appeared intermittently when switching between multiple open REsimpli browser tabs, particularly after returning to an inactive tab.

Sharad recommended submitting a support ticket with a screen recording showing how to reproduce the issue.

He also arranged for the team to review an account where an unintended campaign had consumed approximately 9,500 bulk SMS credits.

The issue was not confirmed as fixed during the session. Until resolved, review your recipient selection before sending large campaigns, particularly when working across multiple browser tabs.

00:08:23 — How Do You Find Motivated Seller Leads with List Builder?

REsimpli List Builder lets investors create targeted property lists using location, property characteristics, ownership, and equity filters.

Sharad demonstrated building a prospecting list in Tampa, Florida.

He started with single-family properties and narrowed the results using filters such as minimum equity, years of ownership, owner occupancy, and ownership type.

For example, increasing the equity requirement and selecting individual owners reduced the results from roughly 73,000 properties to approximately 6,600.

The goal is to narrow a broad market into a manageable prospecting list that matches your acquisition criteria.

00:10:28 — How Do You Import and Skip Trace Properties from List Builder?

Once you've identified your target properties, you can send them directly to List Stacking.

The process is straightforward:

  1. Select the properties in List Builder.

  2. Choose Actions → Push to List Stacking.

  3. Create or select a list name.

  4. Enable skip tracing.

  5. Complete the import and review the results in List Stacking.

Sharad confirmed that skip tracing was included in the plans being discussed, without an additional per-record charge.

Once phone numbers are available, investors can prepare calling or SMS campaigns directly from List Stacking.

Sharad suggested working through smaller messaging batches rather than contacting thousands of prospects at once. However, sending volume must still comply with consent requirements, applicable laws, carrier policies, and account limits.

He also previewed additional SMS recipient-selection options being tested for properties with multiple contacts and numbers.

00:13:50 — What Is REsimpli Autonomous AI?

Sharad announced that REsimpli was testing an upcoming Autonomous AI feature, targeted for release during November 2026.

Unlike individual AI agents focused on particular conversations or tasks, Autonomous AI is intended to support broader lead-management workflows.

Sharad said the feature would also be included in new Solo, Team, and Business plans without an additional AI subscription, with usage billed separately.

Autonomous AI was still in testing during this session.

00:14:50 — Can Multiple Marketing Campaigns Share One Phone Number?

REsimpli was developing the ability to use one outbound number across multiple marketing campaigns while maintaining separate campaign attribution.

Previously, campaign-based calling configurations could require dedicated numbers.

Sharad demonstrated an upcoming Speed to Lead setting that allows users to select a campaign number or specify a fallback number.

For example, five different PPC or pay-per-lead campaigns could share one outbound number while still tracking leads under their original marketing sources.

The feature was visible in Sharad's test account but hadn't been released to all users.

00:15:32 — Can You Edit a Dead Lead Reason Without Reactivating the Lead?

At the time of the webinar, changing a Dead Lead reason required moving the record back to Active Leads and then returning it to Dead Leads with the correct reason.

An attendee asked whether the reason could be edited directly.

Sharad couldn't find an existing option and agreed to check with the development team.

Direct editing of Dead Lead reasons remained an unresolved feature request.

00:16:42 — What's Coming to the REsimpli Dialer?

Sharad previewed several dialer improvements expected together in approximately three weeks.

The planned update included:

  • Switching between single-, double-, and triple-line dialing.

  • Selecting or overriding outbound phone numbers.

  • Calling additional phone numbers and contacts on the same property.

  • Viewing recent notes, tasks, and appointments during calls.

  • Creating tasks, updating statuses, and taking other actions from the calling screen.

The current dialer primarily called the first number associated with the first contact. The update aimed to make additional numbers accessible without manually restarting the process.

Sharad also mentioned improvements to List Stacking calling campaigns and related automations.

These were upcoming features, not confirmed releases.

00:19:14 — How Do You Start Calling from List Stacking?

You can launch a calling session directly from your prospecting list.

Open List Stacking, select the properties you want to contact, and choose Actions → Add to Single-Line Dialer.

Sharad demonstrated this while helping a new user locate the action.

He also explained that the upcoming dialer would consolidate more calling options into one interface, allowing users to choose their preferred dialing mode and outbound number.

00:21:11 — How Do You Check Whether Your Phone Numbers Are Flagged as Spam?

REsimpli includes a Spam Check feature under Settings → Manage Numbers.

Sharad demonstrated how users can review whether their calling numbers have been flagged by participating spam-identification services.

He explained that the checks were being updated weekly.

Regularly reviewing these results can help investors identify numbers with reputation problems before continuing high-volume calling campaigns.

00:22:08 — How Accurate Is REsimpli Skip Tracing?

Skip tracing accuracy varies by provider, market, and underlying data quality.

Sharad explained that REsimpli purchases contact information from data providers rather than relying on a competing real estate platform's database.

He noted that the first phone number is often the most likely to be correct, but that no provider consistently performs best for every investor.

His recommendation was to test the data against your own market and results before drawing conclusions about accuracy.

00:24:11 — How Can You Improve Cold Calling Quality and Reduce Spam Flags?

Sharad recommended prioritizing meaningful connections over raw calling volume, especially when working high-value prospect lists.

For multi-line dialing, he prefers the Connect First setting, which connects the first answered call immediately rather than waiting for answering-machine detection.

He also recommended reducing abandoned calls and extremely short calls. His suggested practice was to leave a prerecorded voicemail of approximately 30–45 seconds when appropriate rather than repeatedly hanging up without leaving a message.

These were Sharad's operational recommendations, not guaranteed methods for avoiding spam labels. Calling practices must still follow applicable telemarketing regulations and carrier requirements.

00:27:20 — Where Can You Find REsimpli Training Videos?

Previous training sessions are available directly inside REsimpli.

Go to Help → Self Help → Webinars to find recordings covering automations, lead management, AI integrations, dispositions, and other workflows.

Sharad also demonstrated how Office Hours recordings include written summaries, transcripts, and timestamped chapters.

Additionally, the team was developing a structured series of approximately 10–12 essential training videos to help new users get started with REsimpli 6.0.

Points to Remember

1. AI agents are included in new plans. Solo, Team, and Business subscribers pay usage charges rather than a separate AI agent subscription.

2. Build targeted prospecting lists. Use List Builder filters, push properties into List Stacking, and skip trace them before outreach.

3. Verify bulk SMS recipients. An intermittent filtering issue was under investigation. Review selected contacts and report unexpected behavior to support.

4. Dialer improvements were coming. More flexible dialing modes, shared campaign numbers, and calling additional contacts were planned for November.

5. Monitor calling quality and use training resources. Review Spam Check results, reduce abandoned calls, and find past recordings under Help → Self Help → Webinars.
