How to assign a campaign to a market and to specific team members

How to Add a Campaign and Attach It to a Market in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Phone Numbers Page

Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Phone Numbers under Marketing.

Step 2: Set Up a Call Flow First

Before creating a campaign, make sure your Call Flow is already configured for handling incoming calls.

Step 3: Add a New Phone Number

Click Add Numbers in the upper-right corner.

Step 4: Select the Number Type

Choose how the number will be used:

  • Seller

  • Buyer

  • Vendor

  • Dialer

  • Voice AI

Step 5: Choose a Phone Number

Search by area code or area name, then select the phone number you want to purchase.

Step 6: Configure Campaign Details

Enter the campaign information, including:

  • Campaign Name

  • Lead Source

  • Call Flow

Step 7: Attach the Campaign to a Market

Select the market where the campaign should belong.

If you only have one market, the Primary Market will appear by default.

Step 8: Configure Lead Assignment

Choose the lead assignment method:

  • Round Robin

  • First to Claim

  • Manual Assignment

Step 9: Assign Roles and Team Members

Select which roles and team members should have access to the campaign and incoming leads.

Step 10: Confirm and Purchase the Number

Click the checkbox and select Confirm to Pay to finalize the setup.

Once completed, the phone number will be available for calling and texting inside REsimpli.

Step 11: Contact Support if Needed

Reach out to REsimpli support if you need help setting up campaigns, markets, or phone numbers.
