How to remove users access to campaigns and markets

How to Restrict User Access to Specific Campaigns in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Manage Users Page

Go to Settings, then select Manage Users.

Step 2: Select the Team Member

Choose the user whose campaign access you want to update.

Step 3: Open Role Assignment

Go to the Role Assignment section.

Step 4: Manage Campaign Access

To:

  • Add campaign access β†’ Use Append User Access

  • Remove campaign access β†’ Use Remove User Access

Step 5: Select Campaign Permissions

Choose the market and select which campaigns the user should or should not have access to.

Unselected campaigns will no longer be visible or accessible to that user.

Step 6: Save the Changes

Click Update to apply the campaign access changes.

Reach out to REsimpli support if you need help managing user or campaign permissions.
