How to Set Up Repeat Call Routing in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Call Flows Page

Go to Settings, then select Call Flows.

Step 2: Create or Edit a Call Flow

Add a new call flow or update an existing one connected to your campaign phone number.

Step 3: Configure the Initial Call Routing

Set the first call step to route incoming calls to the appropriate user or role, such as a:

  • Lead Manager

  • Receptionist

  • Lead Intake Team Member

Step 4: Enable Repeat Caller Routing

Scroll down and enable the Repeat Caller option.

Step 5: Set the Repeat Call Destination

Choose where repeat calls should route, such as:

  • Acquisition Manager

  • Another Team Member

  • In-App Answering

  • External Phone Number

Step 6: Configure Voicemail (Optional)

You can also set up a voicemail step specifically for repeat caller routing.

Step 7: Save the Call Flow

Save the updated call flow configuration.

Step 8: How Repeat Call Routing Works

  • First-time callers follow the initial call flow

  • Repeat callers from the same phone number are automatically routed to the assigned repeat-call destination

This helps move leads directly to the correct team member for follow-up conversations.

Reach out to REsimpli support if you need help setting up repeat caller routing or call flow configurations.
