Driving For Dollar App Overview

Step 1: Open the Driving for Dollars Feature

Open the REsimpli mobile app on iOS or Android.

Tap Drive.

Step 2: Open Driving History

Select Driving History.

This section displays all previous driving sessions completed using the app.

Step 3: Filter Driving History

Use the date filters to narrow down driving sessions.

You can filter by:

  • Start Date

  • End Date

Step 4: Open a Driving Session

Tap a driving session to view its details.

The session will display:

  • Driving Route

  • Number of Properties Added

  • Skip Traced Properties

  • Driving Activity Summary

Step 5: View Property Markers

Different map markers indicate property activity such as:

  • Added Properties

  • Skip Traced Properties

  • Direct Mail Activity

Step 6: Open Added Properties List

Tap the Properties icon to view all properties added during the driving session.

Step 7: Review Property Status Icons

Each property may display status indicators for:

  • Direct Mail

  • Skip Tracing

Example:

  • Orange Skip Trace Icon = Property Already Skip Traced

  • Colored Direct Mail Icon = Direct Mail Already Sent

Step 8: Avoid Duplicate Marketing

The Driving for Dollars feature integrates with:

  • Leads

  • List Stacking

  • Marketing History

This helps prevent:

  • Duplicate skip tracing

  • Duplicate direct mail campaigns

  • Re-marketing previously contacted properties

Step 9: Open Property Details

Tap a property to view detailed information, including:

  • Property Address

  • Street View Image

  • List Stacking Status

  • Tags

  • Marketing Activity

  • Owner Information

Step 10: View List Stacking Information

If the property already exists in List Stacking, the system will display:

  • Lists associated with the property

  • Existing tags

  • Existing lead records

Step 11: Review Marketing History

Open the Marketing section within the property details to view previous campaigns such as:

  • Direct Mail

  • Cold Calling

  • SMS Campaigns

  • Ringless Voicemail (RVM)

Step 12: Skip Trace a Property

To skip trace a property:

  1. Open the property details

  2. Click the Skip Trace option

The system may provide:

  • Phone Numbers

  • Email Addresses

Step 13: Send Direct Mail

Users can also launch direct mail campaigns directly from the property details screen.

Step 14: Purchase Additional Credits

Additional credits can be purchased for:

  • Skip Tracing

  • Postcards

Credits can be purchased from:

  • The mobile app

  • The REsimpli web platform
