Sole Proprietors
Individuals without a registered business entity
Business Requirements for 10DLC
To complete 10DLC registration, you must have:
A registered business entity
An EIN (Employer Identification Number)
A valid business website
Supported Business Types
Accepted business structures may include:
LLC
C Corporation
DBA
Other registered business entities
An LLC is not specifically required, but a registered business with an EIN is mandatory.
Important Note
10DLC registration cannot currently be completed using only a personal identity or sole proprietorship setup.
