Answer: Adjust roles in bulk on your phone numbers by following these steps:
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the lower left corner.
2. Click ‘Manage Users’ under the ‘General’ tab. The list of users will appear.
3. Click the Team Member name or the ‘Pencil’ icon under the ‘Actions’ column.
4. Click ‘Role Assignment.’
4. Click ‘Append User Access.’
5. Check the box in the roles you would like assigned in the Roles section.
6. Hit ‘Update User.’ Changes will update the campaigns as well.
