How to Use the Dispo Tab in REsimpli
Step 1: Open a Lead Profile
Go to a specific lead or property address inside REsimpli.
Step 2: Open the Dispo Tab
Click the Dispo tab located beside Lead Details.
Step 3: Manage Buyers for the Property
Within the Dispo tab, you can:
Add Buyers
Track Offers Made
Track Highest Offers
View Interested Buyers
Step 4: Track Buyer Interest
Use the Interested Buyers section to manage buyers interested in the property, such as those attending:
Open Houses
Property Showings
Deal Opportunities
Step 5: Manage Disposition Activity
Use the Dispo tab to organize and monitor buyer activity and disposition efforts for the property.

Reach out to REsimpli support if you need help using the Dispo tab or managing buyers.
