Does REsimpli include a website for dispositions?
Yes. REsimpli has its own website builder for dispo, and buyers do not need to create a profile to view deals on it. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
What website templates are available?
The seller side has around 8–10 templates, including several new modern designs, all fully customisable through a new drag-and-drop editor. The buyer/dispo side currently has one template; more are planned. (Day 2 and Day 3 Webinars)
Is the seller website optimised for SEO?
Yes. The site is built on WordPress and is fully customisable and SEO-optimisable. For meaningful SEO spend, Sharad recommends having an SEO specialist optimise keywords rather than relying on defaults. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
My dispo site ranks so well that sellers find it. Can I hide it?
Yes. Change the keywords, and contact support to have the site removed from the Google index. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I use the website for agent listings as well as off-market properties?
Yes, the website is customisable. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I share a single listing privately with one buyer?
Yes. Pages can be password protected so a listing can be shared with an individual rather than published publicly. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Can I see how buyers interact with a listing?
Click tracking is available. Time on page, photo views, and video views are not tracked; these were noted as a possible future addition. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
Do photos load faster on the dispo website in 6.0?
Yes. Both uploading photos to a property and publishing them to the dispo website were made faster in 6.0. (Day 2 Webinar, Sept 9)
