How to Use the Call KPIs Tab in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the Call KPIs Page
Go to the Data tab on the left-side menu, then select Call KPIs.
Step 2: Review Call Activity
View a summary of call activity from the past 7 days, including:
Total Calls
Outbound Calls
Inbound Calls
Step 3: Monitor Team Performance
See call counts broken down by user to track individual and team call performance.
Step 4: Analyze Call Trends
Review hourly call activity to identify trends in:
Call volume
Team productivity
Peak calling times
Step 5: Track SMS Activity
The Call KPIs page also displays:
Outbound SMS count
Inbound SMS count
