What is Email Marketing in REsimpli and how to utilize it

Step 1: Open Email Marketing

Navigate to the Marketing menu and select Email Marketing.

Step 2: Create an Audience List

Before sending a campaign, create an audience list.

  1. Click Add Audience

  2. Select the audience type:

    • Buyer Audience

    • Vendor Audience

Step 3: Configure Audience Filters

Set the filters for the contacts you want to target.

Example Filters:

  • Email Address Available

  • State

  • ZIP Code

  • County

Step 4: Set Filter Values

Select the desired filter values.

Example:

  • ZIP Code: 09482

You may select multiple values if needed.

Step 5: Name the Audience List

Enter:

  • Audience Name

  • Description (optional)

Best Practice: Include the property address or campaign purpose in the audience name for easier tracking.

Step 6: Save the Audience List

Once completed, the audience list will automatically appear under the Audience List tab.

From there, users can:

  • Edit filters

  • Update audience settings

  • Delete the audience list

Step 7: Create an Email Campaign

There are two ways to start a campaign:

Option 1

Click the Email Icon beside the audience list.

Option 2

Click Create Campaign in the upper-right corner.

Step 8: Select the Audience

Choose the audience list you want to send the campaign to.

Step 9: Enter Campaign Details

Add the campaign information, including:

  • Campaign Name

  • Property Selection (optional)

If the email is for a specific property:

  • Enable the property option

  • Select the property

Step 10: Continue Through the Campaign Setup

Complete the remaining campaign setup steps, including:

  • Email Subject

  • Sender Information

  • Email Design

  • Email Content

Result

The Email Marketing section allows users to:

  • Create targeted audience lists

  • Send bulk emails to buyers or vendors

  • Organize and manage email marketing campaigns

  • Track disposition-related email outreach more efficiently
