Advanced settings for REsimpli Dispo Website

Step 1: Open the Listing Settings

Go to your property listing inside the REsimpli Dispo Website and open the Listing tab.

Step 2: Enable Minimum Acceptable Offer

Enable the option:

  • Minimum Acceptable Offer

Enter the minimum offer amount you are willing to accept.

Example:

  • Minimum Acceptable Offer: $135,000

Step 3: Configure the Buy Now Price

Enable:

  • Show Buy Now Price

Enter the Buy Now amount buyers can use to immediately secure the property.

Example:

  • Buy Now Price: $145,000

Step 4: Set an Offer Submission Deadline

Enable:

  • Show Deadline for Offer Submission

Select the deadline date and time.

The listing page will display a countdown timer showing how much time buyers have left to submit offers.

Step 5: Enable Buyer Notifications

Optional notification settings include:

  • Notify Buyers About Multiple Offers

  • Notify Buyers About Higher Offers

These settings notify buyers when:

  • Multiple offers exist on the property

  • A higher offer has already been submitted

Step 6: Publish the Changes

Click Update and Publish to save the listing settings.

Step 7: Understand Minimum Offer Validation

If a buyer submits an offer below the minimum acceptable amount:

  • The system will reject the offer

  • Buyers will receive a notification requesting a higher offer

Important:

  • The minimum acceptable amount is hidden from buyers

  • Buyers are only informed that their offer is below the seller’s minimum requirement

Step 8: Configure Minimum EMD

Set the minimum Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount required.

Example:

  • Minimum EMD: $5,000

If the buyer enters an amount below the required minimum, the system will request a higher EMD amount.

Step 9: Use the Buy Now Option

Buyers can click the Buy Now button on the listing page and submit the required information to proceed with the purchase process.

Step 10: Manage Open House Information

Add open house details to the listing, including:

  • Open house notes

  • Date and time

  • Additional instructions

Buyers can submit their information directly from the listing page to attend the open house.

Result

The listing page will display:

  • Offer submission deadline countdown

  • Buy Now price

  • Offer notifications

  • Open house details

  • Minimum offer validation rules
