Buyers Permission
The Buyers permission controls what actions the user can perform inside the Buyers module.
If full access is enabled, the user can:
View buyer records
Edit buyer information
Call buyers
Send SMS
Send emails
Manage buyer and agent contacts
Access to Buyer
The Access to Buyer setting controls which buyer records the user can view.
Available options include:
Access to All Buyers
Access to Assigned Buyers Only
Step 4: View Buyer Ownership
To check buyer ownership:
Navigate to the Buyers page
Open a buyer record
Locate the Owner field
This identifies which user the buyer is assigned to.
Example Scenario
If a team member:
Has full Buyers module permission
But only has access to assigned buyers
They will:
Be able to fully manage buyer records
But only see buyers assigned to them
Result
User Management allows account owners to:
Control buyer visibility
Restrict access to assigned buyers
Manage communication permissions
