How can I reassign leads at the campaign level?

To guide users on how to reassign leads to another user at the campaign level.

Accessing Campaign Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click Phone Numbers.

  3. Select the campaign where the lead reassignment will be performed.

Reassigning Leads

  1. Open the selected campaign.

  2. Navigate to the Teams section.

  3. Select the role associated with the leads you want to reassign.

Assigning Leads to a New User

  1. Click Reassign.

  2. Select the user who will receive the leads.

  3. Click Update.

The selected leads will automatically move to the new user’s lead bucket.

Notes

  • Lead reassignment is performed at the campaign level.

  • Only leads associated with the selected role and campaign will be reassigned.

  • Users should verify the selected campaign and role before updating assignments.
