Written by Anthony Estrada

Step 1: Open the Goal Tracker

Navigate to the Goal Tracker section after setting up your goals in Goal Settings.

Step 2: Review Goal Metrics

The Goal Tracker monitors your progress for key business metrics, including:

  • Leads

  • Qualified Leads

  • Appointments Set

  • Appointments Met

  • Offers

  • Contracts

  • Purchases

  • Sales

Step 3: Understand Goal Progress Indicators

The dashboard compares:

  • Full Goal Target

  • Expected Progress

  • Current Performance

Color Indicators:

  • Green = Ahead of Goal

  • Red = Behind Goal

Step 4: Change the Tracking Time Period

Use the time period selector to track performance by:

  • Month

  • Quarter

  • Year

  • Custom Date Range

Step 5: Save Dashboard Filters

You can save dashboard views and filters for future use.

Step 6: Review Clickable Data

All metrics in the Goal Tracker are clickable.

Clicking a metric opens the related records or leads associated with that KPI.

Step 7: Review Unworked Opportunities

The Goal Tracker also identifies missed opportunities.

Examples:

  • Leads created but not qualified

  • Leads without appointments set

  • Opportunities without offers or contracts

Step 8: Review Potential Follow-Up Leads

The system highlights leads that may still require action.

Example:

  • Leads generated during the selected time period that have not yet been qualified

  • Leads without appointments set

Step 9: Analyze KPI Gaps

Use the tracker to identify where leads are dropping off in your sales process, such as:

  • Qualification

  • Appointment Setting

  • Offers

  • Contracts

  • Purchases

  • Sales

Step 10: Update the Dashboard View

Changing the selected time period automatically refreshes all dashboard metrics and KPI data.
