Upload your buyers list to the Buyers database
Start an SMS blast campaign to advertise the property you have under contract.
Step 1: Open the Buyers Contacts
Navigate to the Buyers Contacts section in REsimpli.
Step 2: Select Buyer Contacts
Choose the buyers you want to send the SMS campaign to.
Step 3: Start the Bulk SMS Campaign
Click Send Bulk SMS.
Step 4: Select a Local Phone Number
If you already have a local phone number in the system:
Select the preferred phone number
Use a number that matches the buyers’ market or area code when possible
Step 5: Add a Local Phone Number (Optional)
If you do not have a local phone number:
Navigate to Phone Numbers
Add a new local phone number for the desired area code
Step 6: Choose the Phone Number Type
You may use:
A local buyer phone number
A general-purpose phone number
A dedicated local number for a specific market
A linked blue phone number for the target area code
Step 7: Send the SMS Campaign
After selecting the phone number:
Create the SMS message
Send the bulk SMS campaign to the selected buyers
Result
The bulk SMS campaign will be sent using the selected local phone number, helping improve communication and local market recognition for buyers.
