We’re happy to help you connect your incoming leads from an external platform to your REsimpli account — and our Support team will handle the setup for you so the process is as easy as possible.

We use Zapier to create this connection, and all we need from you is a few details so we can get started.

What You’ll Need to Provide

To allow our team to set up the integration for you, please send us the following information:

  1. Lead Source Platform

    • The name of the platform where your leads originate (e.g., Zillow, Facebook Ads, Carrot, etc.).

  2. Lead Source Platform Login Credentials

    • Your username and password for the lead source so we can confirm the connection.

  3. Zapier Login Credentials

    • Your Zapier account login information so we can configure the integration on your behalf.

  4. Specific Triggers or Call Results

    • Details on exactly what should trigger a lead push to REsimpli (e.g., new form submission, call disposition, tag added).

  5. Campaign Phone Number to Attach

    • The REsimpli phone number you want assigned to the incoming leads (e.g., your “For Leads” number in REsimpli).

Important Notes

  • You will need a paid Zapier account to complete this setup.

  • Zapier is a third-party service, and we have no control over their pricing or service terms.

  • This integration only pushes incoming leads — it will not handle outgoing lead actions or updates.

How the Process Works

  1. You provide the required details listed above.

  2. Our Support team will log in to your Zapier account and configure the integration.

  3. We’ll run a test to confirm that leads are flowing into your REsimpli account correctly.

  4. You’re ready to start receiving leads automatically.
