Your username and password for the lead source so we can confirm the connection.
Zapier Login Credentials
Your Zapier account login information so we can configure the integration on your behalf.
Specific Triggers or Call Results
Details on exactly what should trigger a lead push to REsimpli (e.g., new form submission, call disposition, tag added).
Campaign Phone Number to Attach
The REsimpli phone number you want assigned to the incoming leads (e.g., your “For Leads” number in REsimpli).
