How to Remove Calling DNC Numbers in List Stacking Dialer Calling Campaign

If you want to avoid calling numbers on your Do Not Call (DNC) list when using the List Stacking dialer, you can quickly filter them out.

Step 1 – Open List Stacking

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account.

  2. Go to List Stacking from the left-hand menu.

Step 2 – Open the Filter Menu

  1. Click the tornado icon (filter button) in the top right.

Step 3 – Search for the DNC Filter

  1. In the filter search bar, type DNC.

  2. Select DNC from the filter list.

Step 4 – Apply the Filter

  • To exclude DNC numbers, set:

    • DNC = No (only shows numbers you can call).

  • Optional: You can also filter by:

    • Yes – to view only DNC numbers.

    • Unknown – to view numbers that haven’t been marked yet.

After setting your preference, click Apply Filter.

Step 5 – Use with List Stacking Dialer

When starting your campaign in the List Stacking dialer, make sure the DNC = No filter is applied so only non-DNC numbers are included in your calling list.
