Overview
The Inbound Sales Coordinator is an AI agent that answers your incoming calls. It greets the caller, asks the questions you choose, and works out whether the lead is worth pursuing.
You decide what it sounds like, what it asks, and what happens next depending on whether the seller is interested.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI Marketplace
Click AI Agents in the left panel.
Click AI Marketplace.
Step 2: Find the agent
Click Individual Agents.
Find Inbound Sales Coordinator.
Click Manage Agent.
Step 3: Create a new agent
Click Add Inbound Voice AI.
Step 4: Fill in the basics
Assistant name — what your AI is called. The video uses Lisa.
Company name — your business name.
Company website — this is for reference only. The AI gives it to the seller if they ask for it.
Step 5: Choose a greeting
This is how the AI opens the call.
Pick one of the three greetings already written for you, or click to write your own.
Step 6: Choose a voice
Six voices are available: four female and two male.
The video uses Emma.
Step 7: Choose a sales technique
This sets the questioning style your AI uses during conversations.
Technique | How it works |
Default | A balanced, conversational style focused on qualifying the lead and agreeing next steps. Best for general use. |
Sandler | The Sandler methodology. Pain-focused questioning, upfront contracts, and controlled conversations to qualify and close efficiently. |
NEPQ | Emotion-driven questioning, designed to surface the seller's motivation and guide them to their own conclusions. |
Step 8: Add your business location
Enter the city and zip code.
This is the address the AI gives to callers who ask where your business is based.
Step 9: Set up lead qualification
First, choose the property type you are targeting: residential, or land if you are after vacant properties.
Then choose what you want the AI to confirm or collect on the call. This is how it decides whether a lead is qualified — the caller should answer all of your questions.
The video uses these basics:
The property address
The condition of the property
The seller's motivation
Their timeline
Step 10: Choose whether the AI makes offers
Dynamic Offer Generation lets the AI generate offers during the call.
Turn it on if you want that. Leave it off if you would rather handle offers yourself.
Step 11: Decide what happens when a seller is interested
Under Call Outcomes, choose what the AI should do when the caller wants to sell. Your options are:
Book a phone appointment for you or for a specific role
Make a live transfer and put the call through
Tell the seller someone will call back from your team
Send a booking link so the seller can book a phone appointment themselves
Then choose which team member or role should receive it.
Step 12: Decide what happens when a seller is not interested
Choose what the AI should do when the caller does not want to sell. You can:
Have the AI notify you
Add a tag, such as Not Interested
Step 13: Save your agent
Check every section, then click Add Inbound Voice AI.
Your Inbound Sales Coordinator is now set up.
Important Notes
The company website is only used if a caller asks for it. It is not used for anything else.
Your sales technique changes how the AI questions people, not just what it says. Default suits most situations.
The AI decides whether a lead is qualified based on the questions you set. Choose them carefully — they are the whole basis of the judgement.
Dynamic Offer Generation is off unless you turn it on. Only enable it if you are happy for the AI to put offers to sellers during a call.
Interested and not-interested callers are handled separately. Set up both, or one path will do nothing useful.
Tagging not-interested callers makes them easy to filter and revisit later.
Nothing is saved until you click Add Inbound Voice AI at the end.
Troubleshooting
You cannot find the agent
Go to AI Agents, then AI Marketplace, then Individual Agents. The Inbound Sales Coordinator is listed there.
None of the greetings suit your business
Click to write your own instead of using one of the three provided.
The AI is not collecting the information you need
Add those questions to your lead qualification settings. The AI only asks what you tell it to.
Interested sellers are not reaching your team
Check your call outcome settings. You need to choose both the action and the team member or role who receives it.
The AI is making offers and you did not expect it to
Turn off Dynamic Offer Generation.
Your setup did not save
Click Add Inbound Voice AI at the end. Nothing is saved until you do.
Summary
You set up an Inbound Sales Coordinator. You opened AI Agents and the AI Marketplace, found the agent, and clicked Add Inbound Voice AI. You gave it a name, company details, a greeting, a voice, and a sales technique, then set your business location and the questions it should ask to qualify a lead. You decided whether it could generate offers, set what happens for interested and uninterested sellers, and saved it.
