Overview
The Speed to Lead Specialist is an AI agent that calls your leads for you. It asks the questions you choose, finds out how interested the seller is, and then does whatever you have set up next.
You decide what it sounds like, what it asks, and how it handles each type of call.
Steps
Step 1: Open the agent
Click Individual Agents.
Scroll down to find the Speed to Lead Specialist.
Click Manage Agent.
Step 2: Create a new agent
Click Add Speed to Lead Specialist.
Step 3: Fill in the basics
Assistant name — what your AI is called. The video uses Kate.
Company name — your business name.
Company website — your web address.
Step 4: Check the greeting
The greeting cannot be customized.
Two versions are built in: one for when the property address is available, and one for when it is not.
Step 5: Choose a voice
Select the voice you want your agent to use.
Step 6: Choose a sales technique
This sets how the AI questions people during a call. Use Default for general use, or choose one of the other two techniques if they suit your process better.
Step 7: Add your business location
Enter your city and zip code.
Step 8: Set up lead qualification
First choose your property type: residential or land.
Then choose what you want the AI to confirm or collect. The video selects:
The property address
The condition of the property
Occupancy
Timeline
Motivation
The AI only asks a question if that information is missing from the lead profile. Anything already saved on the lead is skipped, so selecting more questions does not make calls longer.
Step 9: Choose whether the AI makes offers
Turn on Dynamic Offer Generation if you want the AI to work out and present an offer during a live call. You can then configure how it calculates that offer.
Leave it off if you would rather handle offers yourself. The video leaves it off.
Step 10: Set your call outcomes
Decide what the AI does in each of four situations.
Interested — the seller wants to sell. The video has the AI tell the seller that someone from the team will call back, and notify the Lead Manager.
Neutral or later — the call was answered, but the seller is not ready to sell yet and is open to future follow-ups. The video adds a tag.
Not interested — the seller does not want to sell. The video adds a Not Interested tag.
Unanswered — nobody picked up. The video has the AI leave a voicemail.
Step 11: Save your agent
Check every section and make sure all the fields are filled in.
Click Add Speed to Lead Voice AI at the bottom.
Your agent is now set up.
Important Notes
The greeting cannot be customized. Two versions are built in, depending on whether the property address is known.
The AI skips any question it can already answer from the lead profile, so you can select more questions without lengthening calls.
All four call outcomes need setting. If you leave one blank, those calls result in nothing happening.
Tagging neutral and not-interested callers makes them easy to filter and follow up later.
Dynamic Offer Generation is off unless you turn it on. Only enable it if you are happy for the AI to put offers to sellers on a live call.
Make sure every field is filled in before saving. Incomplete sections will hold up your setup.
Troubleshooting
You cannot find the agent
Open Individual Agents and scroll down. The Speed to Lead Specialist is in that list.
You cannot change the greeting
The greeting is fixed for this agent. Only the Inbound Sales Coordinator lets you write your own.
The AI is not asking a question you selected
That information is already on the lead profile. The AI only asks for what is missing.
Nothing happens when a seller says they are not ready yet
That is the neutral or later outcome. Add a tag or another action so those leads are not lost.
Nothing happens when a call goes unanswered
Set the unanswered outcome, for example to leave a voicemail.
Your agent will not save
Check that every field is filled in, then click Add Speed to Lead Voice AI.
Summary
You set up a Speed to Lead Specialist. You opened Individual Agents, found the agent, and created a new one. You gave it a name, company details, a voice, a sales technique, and a business location, then chose the questions it should ask to qualify a lead. You decided whether it could generate offers, set what happens for interested, neutral, not interested, and unanswered calls, and saved it.
