Written by Anthony Estrada

From the New REsimpli Live Unveiling sessions, September 8–11, 2026.

How is my account protected?

  • Two-factor authentication, which can be required for sensitive actions such as sending a bulk text or email blast. Security settings are under your profile. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)

Can I see where my account has been logged into?

  • Yes. The security tab shows device login history, and there is a log out everywhere option if you see unfamiliar activity. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)

Can an owner or admin log into another user's account?

  • No. Two-factor authentication prevents it. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)

Are my bank credentials stored by REsimpli?

  • No. Bank connections go through Plaid, and your username and password do not pass through REsimpli. (Day 4 Webinar, Sept 11)
