Overview
On Tuesday, September 16, 2026, Sharad Mehta and Tyler Scott hosted the noon office hours call, opening with a detailed preview of app and web updates shipping over the next few days and a walkthrough of three onboarding videos now available in the dashboard.
An iOS and Android app update is pending Apple and Google approval for Wednesday, September 17, with clickable home screen tasks, caller ID showing seller name and property address, a call window for navigating during active calls, the 160-character SMS limit removed, calendar task/appointment filters, app crash fixes, and activity log quick navigation.
Smart routing (advanced caller ID) is the number one requested feature and is expected by end of week, with per-record number overrides, campaign number fallback, and a personal default number.
All automation tasks will be created upfront at activation time rather than only on their due date, shipping Wednesday, September 17.
The dashboard will add an inbox unread count, show appointments for today and the next seven days only, introduce an "untouched leads" counter (leads with no call, text, email, note, or status change), and allow switching to other team members' dashboards.
List stacking inbox will stop duplicating notifications for records that also exist in leads.
Variable field migration from 5.0 to 6.0 for automations and task templates ships Wednesday, September 17; SMS and email templates are already migrated.
Tyler's 30-minute 6.0 demo video is linked in the dashboard with chapters and a summary section; over 680 users had already watched it.
Three onboarding videos are available: the 6.0 demo, a guide on reactivating stopped automations, and a guide on lead assignment to campaigns.
DNC dispositions in the triple-line dialer do not suppress the same owner's other properties; the workaround is an activity trigger automation that moves the record to DNC status on the call outcome.
Zapier reconnection videos from Anthony are available for users whose integrations broke during the migration.
The call closed at 3 hours 35 minutes with a reminder about the evening session at 3:00 PM Pacific.
00:02:37 iOS and Android app update pending for Wednesday, September 17, with caller ID fix, call window, and SMS limit removal
Sharad read through the full list of app changes awaiting Apple and Google approval. The home screen tasks and appointments will become clickable. Caller ID on incoming calls will display the seller name and property address, falling back to the phone number if neither is available. A call window will allow navigating to other screens without ending an active call. The activity log entry for SMS will correctly show the seller name instead of "You." An info icon on SMS list items will reveal the from and to number on long press. Calendar filtering by team member will be available, and tapping a task or appointment will open its detail directly. The 160-character SMS limit is being removed, and app crashes reported by multiple users are being fixed (00:04:00).
00:04:53 Smart routing with per-record caller ID overrides is the top requested web feature and ships by end of week
Sharad previewed the smart routing setting: users can assign a dedicated number to a specific contact (the record number), which overrides the campaign number and personal default for all calls and texts to that person. If no record number is set, the system falls back to the campaign number, and then to the user's personal default. This setting will also apply to the triple-line dialer and bulk SMS once fully rolled out. The feature is the most requested update since launch and is expected by end of the week (00:05:36).
00:07:24 Automation tasks will be created upfront at activation time starting Wednesday, September 17
Sharad confirmed that automation tasks are currently created only when their due date arrives. With the Wednesday, September 17, update, all tasks in a drip or automation will be created the moment the automation is activated on a lead, so users and managers can see the full task list immediately. This was one of the most common complaints since launch, as teams could not see upcoming tasks on their calendar or task list until the day they were due.
00:07:53 Dashboard adds inbox unread count, untouched leads counter, and team member view switching
The dashboard will start showing an inbox unread message count with a clickable link to the inbox. Appointments will be simplified to show only today and the next seven days. Because "new leads" is no longer a fixed status in 6.0, the old new-leads counter is being replaced by an "untouched leads" metric that flags any lead with no call, text, email, note, or status change taken. Team members can only see leads they are assigned to, and account owners will be able to switch to another team member's dashboard to verify their inbox and task list are cleared (00:09:46).
00:10:02 List stacking inbox deduplication and variable field migration for automations ship Wednesday, September 17
Records that exist in both leads and list stacking currently generate duplicate inbox notifications. The update will suppress list stacking notifications for any record already in leads. Variable fields in SMS and email templates have already been migrated from 5.0 format to 6.0 format automatically. The same migration for automation steps and task templates ships Wednesday, September 17, so users who have not manually updated their drip variable fields do not need to (00:10:57).
00:11:20 Tyler's 6.0 demo video, automation reactivation guide, and lead assignment video are linked in the dashboard
Tyler created a 30-minute walkthrough comparing where key features lived in 5.0 versus 6.0, with chapters and a searchable summary section. Over 680 users had watched it by the time of the call. Two additional videos are available: one walking through how to find and reactivate automations that stopped during the migration, and one showing how to assign leads to specific campaigns. Anthony also recorded a Zapier reconnection guide for users whose integrations broke during the 6.0 transition, and Sharad asked marketing to add it to the same dashboard section (00:13:07).
03:31:21 DNC dispositions in the triple-line dialer do not suppress the same owner's other properties
A user reported that after marking a contact as Do Not Call during a list stacking triple-line dialer session, the same person reappears because they own multiple properties. Tyler walked through a workaround: create an activity trigger automation tied to the DNC call outcome that immediately moves the record's status to DNC. Before starting the next dialing session, filter out DNC-status records so they no longer appear in the queue (03:32:42).
03:34:17 The evening session resumes at 3:00 PM Pacific and the Wednesday, September 17, updates go live overnight
Sharad confirmed the team would be back at 3:00 PM Pacific for the evening session, and Tyler noted he would be available for approximately 30 minutes before another commitment.
Points to Remember:
Update the iOS and Android app as soon as the new version appears in the App Store or Play Store.
Click the "New version available" bar at the bottom of the web screen every time it appears.
Watch Tyler's 30-minute 6.0 demo video in the dashboard; it covers 80 to 90 percent of setup questions.
Variable field migration for automations and tasks ships Wednesday, September 17; no manual action needed.
Use a DNC call-outcome activity trigger automation to keep dialer lists clean if the same owner has multiple properties.
