Step 1: Create a New Zap in Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account and click:
Create Zap
Step 2: Set Up the Trigger App
Search for and select:
Webhooks by Zapier
Step 3: Configure the Trigger Event
Under Trigger Event, select:
Catch Hook
Then click Continue.
Step 4: Copy the Webhook URL
Zapier will generate a custom webhook URL.
Copy this webhook URL.
Step 5: Open Launch Control 2.0
Log in to your Launch Control account.
Navigate to:
Settings → Integrations
Step 6: Paste the Webhook URL
Locate the field labeled:
CRM Webhook URL
Paste the Zapier webhook URL into this field.
Step 7: Return to Zapier
Go back to Zapier and click:
Continue
Step 8: Prepare a Test Lead in Launch Control
Inside Launch Control:
Open your Inbox
Select a contact to use as a test lead
Verify the contact if needed
Note: Only verified contacts can be pushed to the CRM.
Step 9: Push the Contact to CRM
After verification, click:
Push to CRM
This sends the lead data to Zapier.
Step 10: Test the Trigger in Zapier
Return to Zapier and click:
Test Trigger
Zapier should now pull in the lead information from Launch Control.
Step 11: Set Up the REsimpli Action
Add a new action step and search for:
REsimpli 2.0
Step 12: Configure the Action Event
Under Action Event, select:
Create Lead
Then click Continue.
Step 13: Connect Your REsimpli Account
To connect your account:
Open REsimpli
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
Go to API Token
Click Generate Token
Copy the API token
Paste the token into Zapier to connect your REsimpli account.
Step 14: Map the Lead Information
Map the Launch Control fields to REsimpli lead fields.
Common Fields:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Property Address
Campaign Information
Step 15: Save and Test the Zap
After mapping the fields:
Click Continue
Test the action
Confirm the lead is successfully created in REsimpli
