Step 1: Create a New Zap in Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account and click:
Create Zap
Step 2: Set Up the Trigger App
Search for and select:
Webhooks by Zapier
Step 3: Configure the Trigger Event
Under Trigger Event, select:
Catch Hook
Then click Continue.
Step 4: Copy the Webhook URL
Zapier will generate a custom webhook URL.
Copy this webhook URL.
Step 5: Open BatchLeads Settings
Log in to your BatchLeads account and navigate to:
Settings → Integrations
Step 6: Add a New Webhook
Under the Webhooks section:
Click Add New Webhook
Enter an Integration Name
Example: “REsimpli Integration”
Paste the Zapier webhook URL into the URL field
Enable the Push to CRM option
Click Save Integration
Step 7: Assign the Webhook to Campaigns
Navigate to:
Campaigns
For each active campaign:
Click the three-dot menu beside the campaign
Select Edit
Under the Webhook section, select the webhook you created
Click Update Campaign
Note: Repeat this process for all active campaigns you want connected to REsimpli.
Step 8: Return to Zapier
Go back to Zapier and click:
Continue
Step 9: Send a Test Lead from BatchLeads
Inside BatchLeads:
Open your Inbox
Select a contact to use as a test lead
Click the option to Push to CRM
This sends the lead data to Zapier.
Step 10: Test the Trigger in Zapier
Back in Zapier, click:
Test Trigger
Zapier should now receive lead details such as:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Property Address
SMS Messages or Notes
Conversation Details
Step 11: Add REsimpli as the Action App
For Step 2 in Zapier:
Search for REsimpli
Select it as the Action App
Step 12: Configure the Action Event
Under Action Event, select:
Create Lead
Then click Continue.
Step 13: Connect Your REsimpli Account
Connect your REsimpli account using your API Token.
To Generate an API Token:
Open REsimpli
Click your profile icon
Go to API Token
Generate and copy the token
Paste it into Zapier
Step 14: Map the Lead Information
Map the BatchLeads fields to REsimpli lead fields.
Common Fields to Map:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Property Address
Lead Source
Lead Status
Market
Tags
Notes or SMS Content
Campaign Assignment
Step 15: Assign a Default Campaign Phone Number
Select the REsimpli campaign phone number that should be assigned to incoming BatchLeads leads.
Step 16: Test the Lead Creation
Click:
Continue
Test Action
Verify the lead is successfully created inside REsimpli.
Step 17: Turn On the Zap
Once the test is successful, enable the Zap.
