How to use Driving For Dollar app?

Step 1: Open the Driving for Dollars App

Open the REsimpli Driving for Dollars feature and click Drive.

Step 2: Review Driving Dashboard Information

Before starting, the dashboard displays:

  • Driving History

  • Number of Properties Added

  • Remaining Postcard Credits

  • Remaining Skip Tracing Credits

Step 3: Start Driving

Click Start Driving.

The system will begin tracking:

  • Distance Driven

  • Driving Time

  • Number of Properties Added

Step 4: Tap on a Property

While driving, tap a property on the map to open property details.

The system may display:

  • Property Information

  • Google Property Photos

  • Existing Marketing Activity

  • Lead Status

  • List Stacking Information

  • Vacancy Status

  • Sale Information

Step 5: Add Property Photos

If no property image is available:

  1. Click Add Photo

  2. Upload an image from your phone

  3. Or take a photo directly from the app

Step 6: Add a Property to Your List

Click Add Property to save the property to your Driving for Dollars list.

The property will also sync with:

  • Leads

  • List Stacking

  • Marketing Records

Step 7: View Additional Property Information

Click More Information to access additional details such as:

  • Owner Name

  • Owner Type

  • Sale Date

  • Sale Price

  • Marketing History

  • Skip Trace Status

  • Direct Mail Status

Step 8: Use Different Driving Modes

The app includes multiple driving modes.

Pin Mode

  • Tapping a property opens the property information first

  • Users must confirm before adding the property

Tap-to-Add Mode

  • Tapping a property automatically adds it to the Driving for Dollars list

  • No additional confirmation is required

Step 9: Switch Map Views

Users can switch between:

  • Standard Map View

  • Satellite View

Step 10: Review Driving History

Open Driving History to view:

  • Previously added properties

  • Skip traced properties

  • Postcard campaigns

  • Properties already marketed to

Step 11: Use Property Markers

Enable map markers to identify:

  • Properties already added to lists

  • Skip traced properties

  • Properties with postcards sent

  • Previously marketed properties

Step 12: Avoid Duplicate Marketing

Because the Driving for Dollars feature integrates with:

  • Leads

  • List Stacking

  • Marketing History

The system helps prevent adding or marketing to the same property multiple times.

Result

The Driving for Dollars feature allows users to:

  • Track driving activity

  • Add distressed properties quickly

  • Integrate records with List Stacking

  • View property and marketing history

  • Avoid duplicate outreach

  • Organize prospecting efforts more efficiently
