How to upload records in list stacking

Step 1: Open the Record Upload Section

Navigate to:

Add Records β†’ Bulk Upload

Step 2: Upload the File

Click Browse Files and select your file from your computer.

Note: Only CSV files are supported for upload.

Step 3: Map the File Columns

Match the columns from your CSV file to the appropriate REsimpli fields.

Supported Fields Include:

  • Company Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Property Address

  • Mailing Address

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Property Information

  • Lists

  • Tags

Step 4: Verify Required Fields

Ensure the Property Address field is mapped.

Property Address is the only required field for upload.

Step 5: Name the List

Enter a list name that identifies the source or motivation type of the records.

Example List Names:

  • Probate List

  • Driving for Dollars

  • High Equity

  • Code Enforcement

Step 6: Add Tags

Optionally add tags to further organize the records.

Example Tags:

  • Probate

  • 50% Equity

  • Vacant

Step 7: Configure Upload Options

Select any additional upload settings if needed.

Available Options:

  • Opt Out Addresses

  • Mark as Return Mail

  • Mark Records as Already Skip Traced

Step 8: Submit the Upload

Click Submit to upload the records into REsimpli.

Step 9: Review Upload Results

After the upload completes, review the upload summary to confirm:

  • Total records uploaded

  • Any failed or skipped records

Using List Stacking

Step 10: Filter Stacked Records

Navigate to your uploaded records and apply filters for list stacking.

Select:

  • Records appearing on multiple lists

Step 11: Set the List Match Criteria

Configure the filter to display records that appear on more than one list.

Example:

  • Records appearing on 2 or more lists

Step 12: Review Highly Motivated Leads

The system will display records that exist across multiple motivation lists.

Example:

A property appearing on:

  • Vacant List

  • Free & Clear List

  • High Equity List

  • Entity-Owned List

may indicate a more motivated seller.
