FAQ: How do you move a lead to the "Dead Leads" status?
Answer: Mark a lead as a ‘dead lead’ by following these steps:
Navigate to ‘Leads’ on the left sidebar menu, and select ‘Active Leads.’
2. Open the lead that you want to mark as a ‘dead lead.’
3. Click the dropdown arrow in the Lead status in the top left section underneath the property address.
4. Select ‘Dead Lead’. You will be prompted to decide on ‘Pending Tasks.’
