How to Manage Lead Statuses in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Leads Section

Go to the left-side menu and select Leads.

Step 2: View Lead Categories

REsimpli organizes leads into categories such as:

  • Active Leads

  • Warm Leads

  • Dead Leads

  • Referred to Agent

Step 3: Review Lead Status Columns

Inside the Active Leads pipeline, leads are organized into status columns representing different stages of the lead lifecycle.

Step 4: Move Leads Between Statuses

To update a lead’s status, you can:

  • Drag and drop the lead into another column

  • Use the move option inside the lead card

Step 5: Customize Lead Statuses

Certain lead status columns can be customized to match your workflow.

Fixed categories such as Warm Leads and Dead Leads cannot be modified.

Step 6: Organize Leads by Pipeline Stage

Use lead statuses to track where each lead is within your sales and follow-up process.
