Step 1: Open the AI Agent Section
Navigate to the AI Agent section in REsimpli.
Step 2: Open Speed-to-Lead AI
Select:
REsimpli Speed-to-Lead AI
Then click Add Speed-to-Lead AI.
Step 3: Enter Basic AI Agent Information
Fill out the assistant details, including:
AI Agent Name
Company Name
Company Website
Office Address
Note: Use a simple first name for the AI agent since this is how the AI will introduce itself.
Step 4: Configure the AI Introduction Script
The AI will automatically introduce itself during outbound calls.
Example With Property Address:
“Hi, this is Jane, an AI phone agent with Max House Buyer on a recorded line. I’m following up because you filled out a form on our website about selling your property at 123 Main Street.”
Example Without Property Address:
The AI will use a generic property inquiry script while still identifying the seller by name.
Step 5: Select the AI Voice
Choose the preferred voice option:
Female Voice
Male Voice
Step 6: Configure AI Qualification Questions
Select the questions you want the AI to ask the seller.
Example Questions:
Property Condition
Motivation to Sell
Timeline to Sell
Outstanding Loans
Asking Price
Occupancy Status
Note: Questions can be enabled or disabled individually.
Step 7: Configure Actions for Interested Sellers
Choose what happens when the seller is interested.
Available Options:
Notify Team for Follow-Up
Transfer the Call
Send Booking Link
Step 8: Configure Actions for Future Follow-Up Leads
If the seller is not ready now but open to future follow-up, select automation actions.
Available Options:
Add Tags
Add to Drip Campaign
Create Tasks
Move Lead Status
Do Nothing
Step 9: Configure Actions for Uninterested Sellers
If the seller is not interested, choose how the lead should be handled.
Available Options:
Move to Dead Leads
Add Tags
Add to Drip Campaign
Do Nothing
Step 10: Configure No-Answer Actions
If the seller does not answer the call, select what the AI should do.
Available Options:
Leave Voicemail
Send SMS
Add Tags
Add to Drip Campaign
Do Nothing
Step 11: Configure AI Voicemail Script
Customize the voicemail message left by the AI.
Example:
“Hi [Seller Name], this is Jane with Max House Buyer calling about your property at 123 Main Street.”
If the address is unavailable, the AI will leave a generic message while still identifying the seller by name.
Step 12: Save the Speed-to-Lead AI Agent
Review the settings and save the AI assistant.
