FAQ: I need to change the email address associated with my REsimpli account.

Answer:

You may change your email address that is associated with REsimpli through the Manage User page under Settings, here is a screenshot of the step-by-step process on how to change your email address:

2. Click ‘Manage Users’ under the ‘General’ tab.

3. Click on the user or your name that you'd wish to edit. A pop-up will appear.

4. Click ‘Basic Details.’

5. Change your email from there, then click ‘Save Basic Details.’

After saving, you will receive an email from REsimpli about setting up your new login credentials.
