Step 1: Open the Websites Section
Log in to REsimpli, navigate to the Marketing menu, and click Websites.
Step 2: Access the Buyer Website Setup
In the website dashboard:
Select Buyer Website
Click Create Website
Note: The website builder is powered by WordPress, but you can use the same REsimpli login credentials.
Step 3: Enter Website Information
Fill out the required website details.
Required Fields:
Site Name
Site Title
Company Name
Campaign Name
Email Address
Business Address
Primary City
Step 4: Set the Site Name
Enter a unique site name without spaces.
Example:
mydispowebsite
This will create a temporary REsimpli domain such as:
resimpliwebsites.com/mydispowebsite
Step 5: Configure Website Details
Complete the remaining business information.
Examples:
Company Name
Contact Phone Number
Contact Email
Office Address
Primary Market Area
Step 6: Create the Website
Click Create Website.
The REsimpli Dispo Website will now be generated.
Step 7: Preview the Website
After setup:
Open the website preview
Review the website layout and design
Step 8: Connect a Custom Domain
To use a custom domain:
Navigate to Settings
Open Custom Domain
Follow the setup instructions to connect your domain
Example:
Custom domains must be purchased separately through providers such as GoDaddy.
Step 9: Start Adding Listings
Once the website is active, you can begin publishing wholesale property listings to the site.
Result
Your REsimpli Dispo Website will be ready to:
Display wholesale property listings
Market properties to cash buyers
Collect buyer inquiries and offers
Showcase open house information
