How to Use the List Builder Feature in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the List Builder
Go to the Marketing section on the left-side menu, then select List Builder.
Step 2: Choose a Search Area
Start building your list using:
City
ZIP Code
Step 3: Apply Filters
Use saved filters or create custom filters such as:
Years of Ownership
Equity Percentage
Property Criteria
Step 4: Review Matching Records
REsimpli will display matching property records based on your selected filters.
Step 5: View Property and Owner Details
Click any property record to view:
Property Information
Owner Details
Phone Numbers
Email Addresses
Mortgage and MLS Information
Viewing records and contact details does not use credits.
Step 6: Contact Leads Directly
Use the built-in calling feature to contact leads directly from REsimpli.
Step 7: Export or Push Records to List Stacking
You can:
Export records to CSV
Push records to List Stacking
Credits are only used when exporting or pushing records to List Stacking.
Step 8: Understand Credit Usage
List Building and Skip Tracing credits vary by plan:
Basic: 10,000 Credits
Pro: 20,000 Credits
Enterprise: 50,000 Credits
